In Rise Beyond Anorexia's Arts Department, volunteers can earn up to 2 volunteer hours per card by creating physical or digital cards to be sent to eating disorder treatment centers.

Physical cards are to be mailed to receptive eating disorder treatment centers. Once accepted into the department, you will receive an email with mailing address information. You will be responsible for mailing/transportation fees, but feel free to fundraise!

Digital cards are more flexible. Design them through any software you prefer, and upload the file in .png, .jpg, .pdf, or .jpeg to this Google Form.

All cards (both physical & digital) must follow these Guidelines.
